Delete your Workimia account

How to request deletion

Email support@workimia.com, preferably from the address registered with your account.

Please include:

• Full name
• Registered email address
• Account type: client or professional
• Phone number, if available

Do not send your password, payment card details, or identity documents. We will contact you if additional verification is needed.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Workimia account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel it through the store or payment provider where you purchased it to avoid future renewals.

What happens to your data

We will delete or anonymise your account and associated personal profile data. Some billing, transaction, security, or support records may be retained when required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will acknowledge your request, contact you if verification is required, and confirm when the deletion has been completed.
